We didn't have any huge special dinner or anything over the weekend... But I did eat A TON of sugar (jelly beans & ice cream), and had 3 MDs in a row. So... back on the horse today with a GOOD DD!

I did a lot of mindless eating this weekend, and I don't even have the Easter holiday excuse!

B- sticking to black coffee this morning
L - might have one tablespoon half n half in coffee this afternoon (trying to see if I have a negative reaction to dairy)
D- 2 oz turkey pepperoni, sugar free jello

Shooting for 250 calories or under

I have a zero calorie dressing.
I've posted the ingredients in the DD receipy thread, but it is basically the juice from jarred pickles, several types of vinegar, garlic, hoarse radish, salt, pepper, other random seasoning. I throw a couple tablespoons on my salad for DD. On UD I love ranch
