Have had nothing yet except coffee/FF half and half. If I get hungry, I have veggies leftover from last night's dinner--carrots and turnip greens with plenty of vinegary hot sauce. Taking my sister out to dinner for Mediterranean/Israeli food, so it would be nice to have all/most of my cals for that. Will probably have Jerusalem salad and grilled salmon on the side. Planning for >400 for the day.

1% cottage cheese w/ my AM meds
coffee
broth

1/2 can of Progression Lite Soup
diet coke
other half of soup if needed
1/2 slice American Cheese at bedtime.

Probably will have an 80 calorie yogurt, too.
