I will not dare weight after this weekend!
I've been off rotations and on Low Carb for about 2 weeks now, and I'm ready to be back now that life has settled back down. I feel bloated after this weekend of no giving a darn, and eating a giant pastry and lots of delicious tomato tortillini soup Ugh!! Eh well!

Today is green tea and no calorie juice
and a light dinner tonight - probably soup.

I love posting my menus. Love it. I need to think and plan every day.

Having the other half of my low-cal breakfast from yesterday. Brought my takeout box to work to nibble on during the day. It contains:

Eggbeater scramble with veggies (100)
Turkey sausage links (112)
1/2 slice toast (45)
Broccoli from my niece's plate (36)

Also brought a few crackers (60)

Since I'm having two low days in a row, I will probably eat a lean cuisine for dinner to up my cals a bit. Going to keep the day under 500.

Aw, that is cool!
I got PJ right after Brian died. He was a rescue, but in truth, I'm the one that was rescued!
Pets for yours from PJ!

This did not end well. Triggered a sugar monster. Became an up day.
