UD Sunday menu :)
Good afternoon!
Busy day. DH, son and I stopped at a local steakhouse and tried their prime rib (Sunday special). It was good, but I found it overly salty. I had that, about 1/2 a baked potato and a salad w/blue cheese dressing. I think I managed to keep wheat free for the week, not 100% sure about the salad dressing, but I did my best (which is all we can ever do right?).

I had what I consider to be my first successful UD.
Usually I am 'scared' of spending my calories. But instead I ate like I imagine regular folks eat. LOL B small red potato home fries and one egg w/ 1/2 slice of toast L yogurt w/ cheerios D 8 oz filet tips, 100 calories of red potato and broccoli S 1 oz Maker's Mark w/ diet coke S my bedtime cheese shared w/ my dog (our usual routine) 5 popped wheat thins
