Questions
Hi guys, I'm posting out of curiosity SuzanneM posted on a thread I started and mentioned that she had great success with Stillman's, I'm interested as I am stalling all the time on LCHF at the moment. I was wondering whther anyone had transitioned from stillman's back to LCHF?

Hey Sheened!
I don't think I can say I've "officially" transitioned back to LCHF from Stillman's, however, I can say that I am still losing rather consistently, and have a tendency to bounce from one plan to another (btw the two). LCHF is sort of my "cheat" plan when I'm not prepared to do Stillman's every day, out to eat with friends, or frankly even just bored with the food on Stillmans. Personally, LCHF will be my WOE forever once I'm down to my goal weight. I don't lose as fast on it (or even stall), but I find that LCHF is maintainable long term. For me, Stillman's is a means to an end, it's not something you want to do long term, but if you are stalling, give it a go! The monthly threads are very supportive (even if we aren't necessarily "purists"), and you will probably notice that we collectively see results with Stills.
