L - ACV water, HB egg for 78

D - protein shake for 135

That's my plan and hopefully I'll be stickin' to it!!

I can't figure it out, but DDs are sooo much easier than UDs, when I get far too many calories. So, for today, I'm having:

B: 1/2 recipe breakfast custard (100)
L: 8 oz. ff yogurt (120) and sf syrup (0)
D: Lean Cuisine roast turkey with green beans (190)

Carrie Jayne: I used to be that way, too, where DDs were easier. Now both UDs and DDs are pretty easy most of the time. I love the DD feeling of not really thinking or worrying about food. I tend to get a lot done on DDs. I love the UD feeling of not worrying about food because I can be free to think about what I want and then enjoying it. Feels like a win-win situation!

L--Ranch tuna pack--80 on low cal bread--45 and a pickle
D--cup of chicken broth--15 and HB egg--78
S--SF popsicle --15

Maybe a side salad with vinegar if still hungry at dinner but not planning on it. Still have a cold, so not so hungry anyways.
