Creamy Avacado Ice Pops
LOL, yes, I am on a roll with the ice pops this morning. Can blame that on two things: I just found the recipe for Tagatose Sweetened condensed milk AND I just got some new ice pop molds. These look really interesting and, dare I say it, almost healthy!
1 Cup Chopped Ripe Avocado
1/3 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk (LC version of choice)
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
2/3 Cup Water
3 tbsp Extra-Fine Fruit Sugar or Granulated Sugar (use a substitute here)
This all goes into a blender until it's smoothly pureed and sugar sub is dissolved.
Poor into molds, tap down a few times to get the air out. Freeze 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen. Enjoy!
