Start Date: January 2012
Breakfast : 2 egg omelet with 2 tbsp of salsa and spinkle of parmesan, small bowl of mixed berries
Lunch : 1 serving of my cream cheese crockpot chicken & I mixed in some spinach and bean sprouts to make it a bit interesting
Snack : 1 lc tortilla + 1 oz of brie cheese
Dinner : either left over salmon with zucchini noodles or ground buffalo with zucchini noodles + 2 fiber crackers with hummus

1 coffee with hwc, 1 Coke Zero + water

Same old stuff every day I need to change it up the next time I grocery shop.
B-bacon, fried eggs, coffee
L-naked wings w/franks
D-Must eat the spinach I was supposed to eat last night. I wasn't hungry last night so I skipped dinner. So spinach and something.

Unsweetened tea all day too.
