Good morning!!

bpc and 1 coffee/hwd
leftovers of zucchini, onion, garlic, pasta sauce, red bell pepper, mushrooms, parmesan, diced sausage and mozzarella with a sprinkle of crushed red chili peppers
braised veal ribs with a side of 'sticky rice' (shirataki)

Breakfast : 1 nuked Quest bar with coffee
Lunch : @ a local Botanical garden : 1 Cobb salad with full fat dressing (chicken, bacon, cucumber, tomato and lettuce), small serving of pickled cucumber, 2 bites of DS Hagan Daaz vanilla ice cream and 1 1/2 slices of gouda cheese
Dinner : 1 sirloin, home made parmesan crisps, small bowl of mixed berries with half a cup of 2 % cottage cheese

Water, 2 Diet sodas, coffee

I am at a conference in Portland so I was panicky about food but so far it is going okay...i know there might be hidden carbs in some stuff but I think I am basically on track

B: Bacon and scrambled eggs (and a half of a low carb bagel)
L: Lamb burger with feta cheese no bun
D: Paleo bowl (thank you modern food place) with chicken and mixed veggies on kale.
S: more bacon?
