DD Friday - plans please!

Hola!

I'm trying different foods but sticking with my general plan of 1 meal per day.

I was going to try some meringues, but it takes longer than I thought, so won't eat them today.

B: vitamins

L: 3 oz of cold baked potato (mostly skins, I scooped out the flesh and will use tomorrow for something else)

mango green iced tea (hopefully, not a lot of green tea in it...)

D: broccoli (100) and chicken rolled around spinach/ricotta (frozen, from grocery store)-- 260

1 apple.

512 cal
60g protein
35 net grams carb

I'm still experimenting and trying to find things that work for my DD. I prefer to have something low carb and high fat. Today I tried a new recipe for chocolate avocado mousse. It's edible but I think I will save my avocados for guacamole from now on.

Sooooo.... don't tell Adi

I know she milks hers and makes soap and stuff... though I do think I've seen her mention something about the extra boy goats being sold for meat...

I think last time I had goat was in the Dominican. I'm sure they sell it around here somewhere, we have a very diverse population where I live (don't get me started on how chicken livers are marked as "ethnic" at our grocery store though )

I'm with Kristin I'm ready for this nonsense to END. That said, we're under a freezing rain watch for tonight.
