It doesn't look like anyone else has started this thread, so I'll jump in.

B = coffee w/ HWC

L = homemade egg drop soup (YUM!!!)

D = pork roast w/ roasted Brussels sprouts

TowerOrchard...how do you make your egg drop soup? I would love to try it!

Zero-Carb Egg Drop Soup Recipe - Keto Friendly! » WickedStuffed Keto Blog

Here's the link to the recipe I used, Willgirl. I tweaked it - used my own chicken stock instead of the bouillon cubes and I drizzled a little sesame oil on the top with a chopped scallion (I know - seed oils are BAD). She has some awesome recipes on that site. I made her lemon cream chicken with zucchini noodles last night and it was DIVINE!! Better than restaurant food!

Thanks TowerOrchard....I think sesame oil sounds like an perfect addition...that's what would give it a nice Asian taste...I use sesame oil a lot (even if it is bad)

Breakfast : 2 egg omelet with 2 slices of ham and 2 tbsp of salsa, small bowl of mixed berries
Lunch : cold salad (half a cucumber, some diced red onions, 5 cherry tomato, about 2 oz of shredded chicken, 2 tbsp of shredded parmesan & 2 tbsp of Italian dressing) overnight in the fridge
Snack : 1 lc tortilla and 2 oz of left over ground turkey with curry
Dinner : 2 fiber crackers with hummus, 1 large serving of my crock pot cream cheese chicken

half a slice of sf cheesecake my workers got me for my b-day next Monday

1 coffee with hwc, 1 Coke zero, water with lemon

Dinner was chicken legs and thighs fried in my huge cast iron pan. I love cast iron, but it is terrible for frying anything with skin attached.
