DD Wednesday-- whatcha eatin?

Good morning folks! (ETA: omg, I totally can't spell this morning... LOL Dawn!)
Here's my food plan today:

B: almond milk, vitamins
I have a small headache-- if it goes away, I'll get in some rowing later

L: x

D: cauliflower topped shepherds pie (frozen, from store) and broccoli
raspberries for dessert

D: salad (lettuce, hard boiled egg, 2 slices turkey lunch meat and ff Italian dressing) (150)
Snack: Apple and strawberries (100)

Will drink hot tea thru the day. I have a cold! Ugh!!!

Sick today, so I will probably spend most of my calories on sf cough drops and tea with half n half. Still planning on some turkey tonight, but a cold really kills my appetite, which I guess is great for a DD.

Well, deedee, if ya gotta have a cold anyway....DD is a nice coincidence. Seriously, I hope you feel better fast!

If you use sugar-free lozenges, does it take some of the calories away? I love the sugar-free Cold-EZE. Even though they are not specifically for cough, they work well for that because of the zinc in them.

My menu plan is
B: hot green tea with lemon (at home), coffee with half and half (at work)
L: diet coke, lotsa water
D: shirataki noodle soup, followed by a half cup of either some dry high fiber cereal or oyster crackers with hot herb tea (my fave DD "dessert" and very filling)

According to the ricola website, the regular cough drop has 14 calories, and the sugar free has 8 calories. Most people would think this would barely qualify as a difference, but on a DD every calorie counts. I've never tried Cold-EZE, but if they sell a sugar free version that tastes good I think I'll be trying it.

I use the ricola sf when I have to. No cure like rest and fluids. I do zinc and b12 to help boost through the virus, i think it helps shorten the time sick.

I went a bit over on cals, though they were roasted veggies! As above, minus the broccoli, plus roasted carrots and parsnips...
650 in the end.

I did work out today also
