Weight: 142.4 to 141. Lost 1.4 lbs. (0.2 lb. per week)

Not having a good day today. I have bipolar and some days just aren't good.
B-bacon and fried eggs.
L-just ate it, late, naked wings w/Franks
D-Not really sire right now. I may skip it and go to bed.
S-an Atkins bar. Depressed and reaching for food. Not good but it was better than sitting here crying.

I work nights but this is what I'm packing tonight. I'm trying to restart induction:

B: Coffee w/ HWC (x2 or 3)
S: Cherry tomatoes w/ 1oz cheddar
L: MIM w/ cream cheese, small tuna packet with mayo
S: Celery sticks w/ cream cheese
D: sausage patty with scrambled eggs

If I need more snacks: another MIM or some shiritake noodles in broth.
