Good morning!!

bpc and 1 coffee (or tea) with hwc
egg, ham and cheese on a paleo muffin
roast chicken (flattened to crisp up as much skin as possible), with a side of zucchini noodles

BPC (my first ever...about to try!)
Fried Pork and Kimchi for lunch and dinner because there was way more pork in the package I defrosted yesterday than I thought.

Breakfast : bowl with 2 % cottage cheese & 0% GY with berries & sprinkle of flax & hemp heart seeds
Lunch : thin rib eye & Argentinian sausage
Dinner : zucchini noodles with salmon/shrimp

Coffee, 1 Coke Zero & lots of water

Dinner was actually more rib eye & sausage with home made cheese crisps. Saved the zucchini noodles with salmon/shrimp lc pasta sauce & parmesan cheese for tomorrow's dinner
