It's SATURDAY! What's on your menu today?

Good morning!!

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
egg, ham and cheese on a paleo muffin
dinner out but I know it will be low carb as the host is a low carber!

Tomorrow is DH's and my anniversary but I have to work most of the day tomorrow so today is the day we are celebrating. Going to go to Golden Corral for the unlimited steak and salad

Slept in today and I suck and still haven't eaten yet and it's nearly 3!

Dinner will be SteakMMMs and roasted veggies. Just not sure what to eat now.

I had a little carb creep from being overzealous with my online low carb shopping...making low carb fudge is great if you can eat one piece lol! So today I really needed to get back on track...lucky I went for a trip to my local Korean grocery this morning and found Samgyupsal (basically uncured thick cut bacon) and kimchi which is what I had for lunch and dinner...and for snacks korean seaweed dipped in soy sauce. Kimchi cooked in fat from the sampyupsal=the best thing in the world. Sorry, bit long for a what are you eating report, but i was really excited about finding the samgyupsal.
