B: 2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage hockey pucks ( a little overcooked), coffee w/hwc

L: Safeway deli meal (either grilled chicken breast or wings, greek salad, and a kale salad)

Salmon dill quiche and avocado
Salmon and dill sauce with a side of celeriac fries ( good thing I only made a single serving because these make me cry for more)

L: Bento-style lunch box: hard boiled egg, chicken wing, 1/2 an avocado, olives, snap peas, almonds, dried cranberries, square of dark chocolate

B-bacon and fried eggs
L-7 chicken wings w/blue cheese
D-grilled chicken breast and broccoli. Probably a little bit of provel cheese on the broccoli.

S-salad with some tuna in it, provel cheese, cesear dressing.

B- 3 eggs with cheddar cheese and sausage

L- Grilled Market Salad from Chik-Fil-A. Says 13g of carbs, but I skipped the granola, and gave a lot of the strawberries and apples to me kids!

D- pizza made on Mission low-carb tortilla shell, with sauce, cheese, pepperoni, bacon, jalapenos, mushrooms.
