LC Foods (Company) Products - what have you bought?
I bought this and it was pretty darn good:
LC Foods Pizza & Bagel Flour
I made a small pizza, topped with a bit of sauce, ground beef, mushrooms and onion. It was actually pretty good and held together to eat by hand (small slice, but heavy toppings). From reading reviews, it appears that it's ideal to pre-cook.
small pizza - 6 net carbs for the crust
What else have people bought from this company? Their prices are fairly high, but the pizza crust will make about 5 pizzas (small) for 11.49.
Does anyone know the difference between the pizza/bagel flour and pizza/calzone flour?
Don't worry about momentary cheats or stumbles, focus on succeeding in the long run. Always keep your eye on the target and if you stumble, get back up and stay in the race.
What we weigh is the result of a meal, a day, a week, a month, a year of choices...
Psssst...Nothing tastes as good as ketosis feels!

Our biggest pre-packaged food purchase is Mama Lupe's tortillas. Everyone in the family loves them even tho I am the only low carber. They just tasted better than regular tortillas. I used them for fajitas, quasadillas and pizza crusts.
We also purchase the xyla mints to refresh after coffee
