It's SATURDAY! What's on your menu today?

Good morning!

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
bacon and tomato with homemade mayo on romaine with a 1/2 avocado
flank steak stir fry (cabbage, onion, garlic, celery and shirataki noodles with Asian flavourings)

Bulletproof coffee - 1 Tbsp heavy cream and 1 Tbsp MCT oil
Breakfast: Protein shake - with 2 Tbsp flax meal and 1 Tbsp chia seeds
Lunch: roast beef/butter lettuce roll ups with 4 ounces of thin sliced roast beef, sliced kosher dill pickles and mustard
Dinner: 4 oz. baked cod and 1.5 cups of cooked spinach
Snacks: 1 oz. almonds, SF jello, plain Greek yogurt if I need something in the evening

Sun is shining, new snow on the ground-headed to the ski hill to try out my brand new skis!! So excited!

Breakfast : kinda hungry after a DD yesterday so 5 pieces of bacon, 2 egg omelet with ham, mushrooms, cherry tomato and shredded parmesan with salsa
Snack : 2 celery stalks with hummus
Lunch : sausage and a burger (no bun)
Dinner : small Haas avocado with ground chicken and fiber crackers

1 Coke Zero, seltzer water, coffee

Everything! Lol I can't seem to get full today.

B: Atkins Shake
L: Wendy's double cheeseburget with bacon and no bun
D: lobster in garlic butter sauce, asparagus with cheese, baked oysters
Still hungry: low carb cheesecake brownie, Laughing Cow cheese wedge, hotdog with mustard and cheese, and I am still hungry!
