Hi guys!
On my last day of fat fasting. Here's today's menu:

B: coffee w/1 tbl hwc and 1 tbl coconut oil
L: boiled egg w/1 tbl mayo
S: 2 oz cream cheese
D: 2 eggs scrambled in 2 tbl butter
S: 14 slices pepperoni

Total Calories 1036
Total Cal from Fat 886
86% fat

B: Starbucks iced coffee, and add HWC and SF syrup at home
- GLCBC Sesame Bagel with cream cheese (mixed a tub of cream cheese with 10 TBL of low sugar strawberry jelly for a strawberry cream cheese)

L: Not entirely sure, but maybe a GLCBC bagel with pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese.

Snack - maybe a bomb

Dinner - GLCBC toast and eggs maybe

B: Carbmaster Cinnamon roll yougurt (4carbs) - so yummy
L: saute of broccoli, mushrooms & Zucchini w/some leftover grilled chicken -homemade alfredo sauce and a sprinkling of asiago cheese. Only ate 1/2 because i had to get up and answer the door and the dog snuck in and ate the rest
D: some sort of salad
water only - gave up Diet Coke 2 months ago - the urges are still there, but have resisted!

D- 2oz dill havarti, 2oz jarlsberg, 3 diet gingerale/vodka drinks

Too much cheese, but it's been a while since I've indulged :-) Was starving yesterday and ate to satiety...the WHOOSH fairy came to visit last night! 2lbs down overnight
