Not to put you off, but a search will turn up many many recipes.
My quickie definition would be that it's a small portion of high fat sugar free snack.
Meant to be satiating and increase fat for those needed more in their WOE.
Many contain combinations of nut butters, cream cheese, butter, etc.
I add salt but artificial sweetener may be more common.
