It's THURSDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all.

Breakfast: Two devilled eggs.

Lunch: Chicken tikka with soured cream, lettuce and cucumber.

Dinner: Sea bass with a rocket pesto butter and asparagus.

Snacks: A few slices of wafer thin ham, a few cubes of cheddar.

Plus lots of water, green tea, a Berocca, Vitamin D and L-Glutamine.

B- 3 slices bacon, 3 eggs scrambled with 1/4 C cheese, 1/2 avacodo and 1 tbsp HWC, coffee with HWC and CO
L- probably a BPC
D- turkey patty with cheese slice and mayo, 3 HB eggs and a jar of olives for random snacking
As of 5/19/2014, No longer "overweight"!

Working the pounds off after my New Orleans indulgences. Ate a lot more than I planned. Some of it, I don't regret a bit (like oyster po boy) and some were less than steller choices (potato chips?). Anyway, back on plan and feeling good.

B: black tea with half-and-half and 2 Truvia
L1: Pan-sauteed salmon; baked cauliflower with spices
L2: Salad of mixed greens, tomatoes, red onion, anchovies, capers, deli turkey, EVOO/lemon juice
S: 1 oz. mixed nuts
D: not sure. Maybe smoked fish with some sour cream and tomatoes
18 week challenge to Goal (Dec 21-April 25)!

December 21 - Jan 19: 148.2 - 148.8; body fat: 37.8% - 38.4%
January 27 - Feb. 23: 143.4 - 142.4; body fat: 38.4% - 37.8%
March 1- March 29: 142.4 - 142.2; body fat: 37.5% - 37.9%
April 4: 142.6; body fat: 37.1%
April 11: 141.2;body fat: 37.8%
April 18: 141; body fat: 36.8%

Breakfast : 2 eggs with salsa, small bowl with berries
Lunch : crockpot pork with veggies
Snack : 1 lc tortilla with a serving of hummus
Dinner : 6 oz ground chicken with mushrooms + 2 fiber crackers

1 Coke Zero, water with lemon, 1 coffee with HWC

Exercise - just do something for 30 min
