Monday Up Day - What are you eating?

I am going to be finishing off our beef heart/sweet potato stew. There's also some zoodles with marinara hanging around in the fridge. And lamb chops and cucumbers. Something will be fashioned out of those.
The big thing for me will be to stay away from the fruit! I went a little crazy with it yesterday. Once is fine, but two days in a row is trouble!

I had a fruity day yesterday, too. I tried Sumo mandarin oranges (YUM!) and grapes. I made up for it by having a large artichoke with dinner.

Today . . .

B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee, iced tea
L: Banh Mi with Sriracha
S: Quest bar
D: ?? Keira has her first softball practice today, so dinner will be a little later than usual, and will most likely involve going out somewhere.

Dawn, do you ever have Lara bars? I recently tried their Coconut Macaroon one. Love at first bite!

I've looked at Lara Bars, but I'm chintzy with my calories. If I use that many calories for a bar, I want 20 grams of protein or more.

Not sure about the entire menu. But I know there will be New York steak with half a baked potato and home made veggie soup for dinner. And some wine.
