Light & Fit Carb and Sugar Control yogurt - has anyone here tried it?

New to me - Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control comes in 4 pack 4 oz containers with 45-50 cal and 3 net carb each. Anyone here tried it. I found it at my local WalMart but haven't purchased yet. They seem to only make two flavors - strawberries and cream and vanilla.

I have - it's not bad, but I prefer the Kroger Carbmaster yogurt (if you have a Kroger or one of its subsidiaries). It (to me) didn't seem terribly different from the standard Dannon yogurt in texture or taste. Hope that helps!

there is a peach too, or at least there used to be.

I don't find it worth the carbs or the price. it's a pretty small serving! but if you are totally loving yogurt and have self control, you should try it.

Are they expensive? And I don't have my Atkins book at the ready, what rung on the ladder is yogurt?

Thanks,

Mindy
