DD Sunday - Looking forward to it!
Time for me to have another good DD. My last two were 150 calories each. Very amazed that I can do that.
I'm going to try to have another 150 day today. What's your goal?
B - coffee w/ half/half for 60 calories
L - Ice water with organic ACV. I'll have a HB egg if I'm desperate!
D - 1 cup broth for 10 calories, maybe mixed green lettuce, celery, green pepper
One or two hours before bed: One scoop of 20 gram whey protein isolate powder mixed in water for 80 calories.
I'm only going to do the broth and egg if needed. Then my total for the day will change.

I am doing an All Fruit and Veg Medium Day today.
I'm just about to start off with some cabbage-mushroom-carrot-celery-zucchini stir fry.
A green smoothie later, with an apple for snacking, and maybe a fruit smoothie to end the day.
Other vegetation as needed or desired.
