Good morning everyone!!!!

Breakfast: One McDonald's sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin without the bread, one McDonald's side salad with pepperoni slices and ranch dressing and shredded cheese, a few barbecue pork rinds, water, vitamins.

Breakfast : 2 egg omelet with butter and shredded cheese, 2 tbsp salsa & 5 pieces of bacon + 1 banana
Lunch : rotisserie chicken + spinach/cucumber/baby tomato salad with full fat Marie'r dressing
Snack : none
Dinner : not sure maybe a bowl of greek yogurt/cottage cheese with berries or tuna salad with mayo

Coffee with hwc, 1 Coke Zero, water with lemon & acv

45 minute exercise dvd

B - coffee, hwc, splenda, coconut flour one minute muffin sliced in half with cream cheese spread across and eaten like a sandwich

L - Atkins choc chip bar, coffee w/hwc, splenda

D - stir fry with shrimp, green vegetables and onion, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, shirataki noodles and a teeny coconut milk with a drop of rooster sauce

S - Tonight...raw veggie tray with Marie's Blue Cheese (gotta have something good to watch the Oscars with!)
