Lean Cuisine Tuna Noodle Gratin (I may substitute cold boiled red potato for the same calorie count. Not sure yet.) Sometimes if I skip hot food I feel slighted.

I feel like I need to clear out the sugar I consumed the last few days. UCK! It sure was yummy, but I can feel it and it ain't good. Darn that TOM anyway!

Before lunch: coffee with a little milk

D: chicken broth, cream of chicken and mushroom soup, shirataki noodles (70)
S: fiber one bar(90)

Total: 394

We ate lunch at a restaurant that was new to me. I just ate half of what was on my plate and took the other half home. Best I could do, but I think it was fine.

We went grocery shopping in the late afternoon and I got a few more down day items, including some skinny popcorn--can't really remember the name. Getting to have a large portion of something makes a huge difference in how I feel about my meals.
