Has anyone followed the inches off plan??

I just read that sticky and all I can say is WOW. No meat?? No protein?

Although alternating the inches off and the QWL plan together could be effective (but I couldn't do the sugar I don't think). Seems so strange!

Yeah it definitely doesn't sound very appealing...

That being said, I've done the Dr. Fuhrman Eat to Live plan, which is essentially a vegan diet where you consume unlimited veggies, fruits and legumes + limited amounts of starch and nuts/healthy fats. I have to say it is the only other diet besides Stillmans and HCG which got the weight off me LIGHTNING fast. And I felt great doing it. The problem is that it's sooooooo boring that I could not sustain it.

And now, I live with my carnivore BF who would not be down with a vegan eating plan...ha ha. So QWL it is!

i did the inches off plans and that is what it did for sure. i lost inches in all the places i was unhappy about. i did it after doing stillmans for a long time. i loved how i felt eating all the vegetables, i'm back eating meat, but it worked like a charm.

for me, i thought it worked better than that all meat quick weight loss, but i did crave the protein after being so use to existing on protein. i felt lighter with all the veggies and water weight disappearing in my feet and other places. worked great and i recommend trying it.

I did the Eat to Live Dr. Fuhrman plan and lost 3.5# in a month. NOT FOR ME!
