Eggs and Inflammation

Sorry friends if you feel I am totally going overboard on the posts. I just want to get to the bottom of this.

Eggs! I wonder if the numerous amounts of eggs have also contributed to the inflammation and even the weight gain... I have def been eating more of those this past week as well.

Anyone else feel this way sometimes?

I'm not following you. In your Epiphany thread, you listed a lot of things that easily could contribute to weight gain. Why do you NOW think 'inflammation' is a problem? Have you had lab tests that indicate a problem? That's the only way to know about physical inflammation that I know of. Are you just making assumptions?

I have severe arthritis, and egg yolks are very inflammatory, so I usually eat egg whites only. That helps me manage my pain, but whether I eat egg whites or whole eggs makes absolutely no difference in terms of my weight management. I avoid yolks only to manage my pain because of their inflammatory quality.
