Dottie, what do you use to make your zoodles? I've seen several products, and if I get one I need one that's not dangerous (mandoline) and fool-proof.

Good Morning!

Coffee

"bite" of full fat cottage cheese w/ my meds. (30)

Progresso Lite Soup 160

Up to 4 slices of 35 cal per slice bread toasted (as needed)

Bedtime: 1/2 slice American Deli Deluxe Cheese (35)

Should come in at 357 Calories for the day if I need all 4 slices of toast.

Cindy I posted in the recipe thread with pictures I use the GEFU one since it's just a small, hand-held one and you don't really get your hands in the way of the blades (usually! lol).

Nursing a cold today.
Planning on the following:
L: soup (chicken broth, cream of chicken and mushroom, shirataki noodle)
D: omelet with low fat cheese and some "sautéed" cabbage
S: Chai with half and half
Some kind of low carb cracker or possibly a low cal bar
Few baby carrots
Without snacks and with just one egg yolk, I'm only at 269, so I may add some butter to my day.

I use a mandolin with a good handguard. I do have a GEFU thing also, but don't use it as often. The mandolin is better for different sizes of things, whereas I found the GEFU needs veggies that are a particular diameter... YMMV.

I got a late start today, ah well. Still have a ton of work to do...

I quit counting last night, but I didn't have anything else but four saltine crackers after my 2 eggs, 2 pieces of LF bacon and 1/4 avocado. Just did the math and it was under 500 by a hair. I went to bed feeling sick because I took some vitamins and apparently didn't have enough food in my tummy. Thankfully, I feel better today!

Thanks for asking Sirtain! It turned out to be fabulous. I had an amazing ceviche dish and an exotic green salad with a sprinkling of champagne vinegar. No wine, just sparkling water.

The only problem was in the end everyone decided to split the tab evenly! Normally I don't mind that, but ... sheesh. Waay too much money for two very small plates. I guess I'll make sure the next time I go out with that crowd I'll make sure it's an Up Day and then I'll get my money's worth.
