Recommended: Grain Brain by David Perlmutter, M.D.

I finished this about a week ago, and I very much liked this book. Perlmutter is a neurologist with a strong background in nutrition. He specializes in healing brain related diseases and researching strategies that will help prevent Alzheimers. I liked this book better than Wheat Belly. It was easy to follow and I was disappointed when I was interrupted. He is anti-gluten and believes wholeheartedly in low carb. He cites numerous studies and his own case work. Let me know what you think!
