OK, so this is a tricky one! I used to be very active on the board - and lost 30+ lbs a few years ago, so I know how well this community works at motivating each other.
I had a baby last year (May 2013), and gained back all the weight I had previously lost. Boo hoos. Started getting back into shape November 2013 - but an accident while on vacation in Mexico left me with a broken heel, which required surgery and 12 screws to fix - and am entirely unable to walk for three-months post-surgery. Today marks exactly one month from my next Doctors Appointment - when I am hoping he'll say I can start to try and walk again.
It's already been two months, I am determined to kick-start my weight loss even before I can walk again, so that when I start moving around my body/metabolism will boost it even better.
So here I have it - my No Walking Weight Loss Challenge!
I started my WOE last week and am happily in Ketosis now!
I'm hoping to find a couple Buddies to go along with. Since progress will probably be SLOW for me - I'd just like someone to talk to about it.
I'm going to weigh in on Mondays & Fridays.
