Happy Atkinsversary.

I was reading your response in the NSV thread, and I noticed the quote in your signature about in a year from now you will wish you had started today.

Well, a year ago today, you DID start, and you have made amazing progress!

I just wanted to say "Good Job!"

MTHRGOOS,

If it's not to much to ask, could you share with me how you lost so much so fast? What does a menu of yours look like? Do you exercise, what and how often?

I don't mean to bug you. It just so happens I find your achievements overwhelming. You just gifted me inspiration. Your goal list looks a lot like mine and I am motivated to achieve mine as quickly as you have.

Thank you for sharing your journey with us. I look forward to reading anything you feel comfortable sharing.

Mindy

Mindy, I don't mind sharing at all. I didn't exercise at all up until about a week ago. I keep my menu very simple, just meat, eggs, cheese, and fats. That's it. No cheats, or off plan treats. Just patience and consistency.

End zone, no I don't normally eat salads or vegetables. Just meats, eggs, cheese, and fats.

Thank you Ralph !! Your success is also extremely inspiring!

Great job - congrats on your success so far. Can I ask if you used any supplements or had to take any thing to keep things "moving" since you didn't include veggies. thanks.

Thank you so much everyone!

Monees, I do take both magnesium and potassium every day and have no problem with everything staying regular. I'm sure the MCT oil every day helps too.

Happy Atkinsversary to you, MtherGoos. You look amazing. I'm just in awe of your signature quote, "A year from now, you'll wish you had started today." Well, I made the decision to start on April 3, 2013, so my one year Atkinsversary is soon approaching. Now I haven't lost 100+ lbs, but I've lost just over 50lbs, and I do feel happier, and more comfortable in my own skin. And it's the little things... smaller pants sizes, not being winded when going up stairs, easily bending over and being able to tie my shoes, shirts actually fitting me, that make me so glad I made this LC WOE commitment almost a year ago. You are an inspiration, and for that, I and many others on this forum thank you!

Cheers!

NAF
