Need some help!

I'm having a hard time losing the last bit of weight from my pregnancy. Mainly the lower part of my stomach. I do crunches and planks along with my other core building exercises but its not going away. Does anyone have any exercises I can try?

WOE: Just sensible control
Start Date: Callanetics, 7/98, restart 5/2013
You could try Callanetics. No impact, absolute control, continuous pulling in until your body has become that lovely silky body suit it was meant to be, all with only 2-3 sessions a week. Maximum benefit for minimal time invested. It's a formula hard to beat. Callanetics is the ultimate core exercise and possibly one of the best paths to fascial fitness available right now. We run a monthly challenge here. There is no obligation to post a challenge and we have oodles of info about the system. I can guarantee that with consistent practice you will lose that last bit of Baby stomach.
