DD Monday menus!

I don't know why, but I really like having a DD on a Monday

B: just black coffee
L: tilapia simmered w/crushed tomatoes and chopped green olives over steamed spinach with a side of riced cauliflower quick pan fried with a spritz of Pam (205 cals)
D: veggie noodle soup (chicken broth, .5oz brown rice pasta, celery, carrot, green onion) (117 cals)

322 cals total, so some wiggle room if I want to make some low-carb pita "chips" or something

I donated blood today. A bag of chips was forcefully suggested to replace the sodium loss.

So:

Breakfast was plain tea.
Lunch was a mini bag of Lays sour cream and onion (160 cals of salt/junk)
Dinner is going to be more tea and maybe a salad or steamed veggies.

I hate eating on DDs. If I could have gotten by not eating those darn chips I would have had a zero calorie day. But now I'm starving. Boo!

KUDOS to you!
Our local news reports a plea for blood donors every couple of days as supplies are low.
I am thanking you for those that will benefit from your sacrifice.
Blessings.
