Going to keep it to a md/ud because I went over on cals yesterday.
L: errands and lunch. Probably a steak or chicken, veggies, salad; might do chicken fajitas w/the veggies, some beans(not refried) and a little avocado and salad

Finally decided after running around the baseball diamond a few times that today will be an UD after all.
B: McDonald's oatmeal with fruit, coffee
L: Egg white, spinach, parmesan, pine nut frittata (sp?) with tropical fruit and iced tea
S: Quest bar, decaf coffee
D: Rotisserie chicken, salsa, may have a potato if I feel like cooking something.
Chardonnay or rum/Ice before bed
I need this to be a controlled UD. The last two days have been pretty calorific!
JUDDD got me where I want to be!

Today's been a bit of a free fall since we're finally Valentine's Day.
Brunch: Spinach, egg & cheese omelette and fruit salad
Desert: Fudge brownie sundae
Dinner: Pizza (I'm sure I'll have two slices)
Baking cookies for a surprise party tomorrow and I'm a taster so can't wait for that DD tomorrow.
