DD Sunday! Whatcha up to??

I am more than ready for this DD. I had a big time UUAD yesterday and am feeling it this morning.

My plan is to do a complete fast if possible; if I can't manage then I will have a small chicken salad for lunch (400cal)

Plans for my DD

coffee with half and half - 20 calories
water thru the day - and unsweetened tea
dinner - spaghetti squash casserole - homemade - no more than 350 calories

Trying to decide if today will be a DD or an UD. I didn't eat dinner last night, so it might not be a good day for a DD. I did, however, get all my calories in, even without dinner.

JUDDD got me where I want to be!

Going to try to fast today because I was a little over my allotted UD calories yesterday.
Coffee with HWC (100) and maybe an Atkins shake for 160. No more than 350 is my plan.

Dunno. Trudging through the snow (again, stupid winter) to take DD to her gymnastics meet. So far, just coffee with a bit of skim milk. At some point, DH will want to stop and eat before or after the meet. I'll see how I feel and either skip it, or eat something low cal.
