Stillman's Menus for a newbi

I'm new to Stillman's - I ordered the book and it should be here any day now - would you mind posting some of your menues for the day?

I have it in my head cottage cheese, eggs, and chicken breast - and I know there has to be more variety than that.

Well that's pretty much my day. hahaha...I feel like I'm cheating by eating cottage cheese bc I love it so much and I can eat a pint easy in a day.

I've been keeping super lean hamburger patties in the fridge with low sugar ketchup. And I cook chicken tenders straight from the freezer in the microwave and just go to town on about 4 of them babies.

Same here! I have hard boiled eggs, plain chicken, turkey burgers on the george forman with low sugar katchup, cottage cheese (but I too could eat too much of it! Try to limit to 1/2 cup on occasion). And when I go out to eat, steak! ButI cut off the fat.

I usually have really lean cube steak with mustard for breakfast, 2 boiled eggs for lunch, and really lean chuck steak for dinner cooked in the crockpot with lots of garlic and pepperoncini.

Hi ladies,

Just jumping in here with a couple of menu questions...
I'm a long time High fat, low carb person, I'm going to give low fat, low carb, a shot, for various reasons and thought Stillmans would be the plan for me, as I am a very monotonous eater.

So do you all calorie count as well, as I remember reading Stillmans was unlimited amounts of these protein foods?

So I'm good eating the lean turkey burgers, and scrambled eggs (the only way I can eat eggs), is there anything else I can add in. I can't force feed myself cottage cheese

Thanks for any suggestions.
