UD/MD Friday - what's the plan?

DH may have to work 12 hours today so the MD is if we have to put Valentines day dinner off until tomorrow :P

B: just coffee so far, black
L: probably a chicken banh mi (no patè, only about 350 cals)
S: yogurt or cottage cheese
D: depends. If DH works, then a small steak, pat of butter, salad w/blue cheese dressing (probably about 700-800 cals total);
if he's off, then wherever we go for dinner.

Happy Valentines Day

We're planning to go out, but haven't figured out where yet, and I don't like crowds, so it'll most likely be a last minute decision based on how busy the restaurants are.

ETA: Keira got me a HUGE Reeses PB heart, so that will also be consumed (shared)!

I'm still playing today by ear. I went ahead with my UD yesterday (stayed at 1800!! hurray!!) So, today could either be another UD, a MD, or maybe even a DD if I don't go crazy with the planned burger, fries, and beer with the BF tonight. I'm just letting the chips fall where they may today.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Valentine's Day!

Mom and I are meeting dear JB, Goner, for lunch today. I'm looking forward to meeting my first JB in in person!

So, I'm contemplating not counting calories, but just being careful today. Just such a pain to count from a restaurant's info, although they have great calorie info online. We'll see.

B: Coffee/HWC
L: Sandwich or salad from Deli
D: Vodka gimlet, meatloaf, asparagus w/lemon butter
D: Brownie w/frosting

I was feeling pretty icky yesterday so just got through the day. I haven't planned my food for my UD today yet.
It is about 10 AM and I'm not hungry yet.
I will be making some HEALTHY choices.
It seems like I am afraid to take that first bite and then once I do all bets are off.
I am working on it and sticking to it.
I WILL GET THIS FIGURED OUT.
I did post about my progress on a new thread.
I love my JUDDD BUDDDS have a very happy VD!
I will post my menu when I get it figured out.
Big big hugs.

Have fun Carol!

Happy V day!

My plan today:

B: grilled cheese sandwich, extra piece of bread with cream cheese (670..)
L: not sure--
D: couples cooking class-- menu:
seafood bouillabaisse soup
beef tenderoloin with bacon, topped with mushroom ragout and foie gras
chocolate ganache tarte with strawberries

I should try to save calories for that... hmmmm... but I'm hungry now.

Oh, and I was in the mall yesterday, and walked by a Godiva store, so I stopped and got DH a box of dark chocolates, and myself (though I'll share) a small box of cake truffles.

Soren, that menu sounds fantastic!!

Change of plans: I was hungry at 9:00 and we had leftover pizza in the fridge at work.

1 piece of pepperoni pizza for snack.

I'll try to stick with NF Fage yogurt for lunch to compensate. Who knows, though.
