Getting Hungry!

Hey guys, im on week 5 of my keto diet and have lost a total of 7kgs...only thing is im starting to get ravenously hungry whereas in the beginning i lost my appetite...can.anyone help me out with an explanation? Ive not touched any artificial sweeteners either..

Are you eating enough, specifically enough fat? If you weren't hungry for a while you may have got used to not eating as much as your body requires.

Otherwise, in the past I found that, on LC, my appetite would fluctuate and after a ravenous day (when I would eat to satisfaction), I would be much less hungry the following day.

Also, if you're female (sorry, I can't tell from the username), it could be hormonal.
