Not 100% sure.
I don't plan on eating anything until I get home since we talked about going tonight, and since we never go out, I want to enjoy it LOL!

So I'm saving all my calories for tonight so I may have a sandwich
Also, being that it's a DD - I'm sure one Skinny Cocktail will be plenty!!

Looking forward to this DD and I need a good one!

I ate way too much way too late last night. (won't give details of the yummy dinner I made 'cos this is a DD thread!) Really still feeling full and I need, need, need that good DD feeling.

B - coffee with H&H for 60
L - cardio and strength training at the gym; lots of water
D - Going to movies w/ DH; will take chopped veggies and some kind of protein to avoid popcorn temptation

other - lemon water

Just got home from 1. 2 hour workout at gym 2. movie theater to see "The Monuments Men" (really, really great movie!) 3. running errands on the way home.

I took half a cup of Chobanni yogurt and sliced green peppers for snacking at the movies and bought a medium diet coke.

How I feel now: Starving! and bouncing off the walls from the diet coke.

My stomach is growling. No, it is screaming in loud growls. "Feed Me!!!"

I'm drinking ice water, but I am sooooooo cold I'm going to have to switch to hot tea or something. Maybe it's time for my hot chocolate/ coconut oil.

It's only 5:30 and it feels like I have an eternity to go before closing out this DD.

I'm also thinking of making tomorrow a MD instead of an UD. Not sure yet.

So glad I can come here and talk about this with my JUDDD BUDDS! Don't know how I would make it through the day without you right now!

Thank you Cindy for "finding" me.

I spent the entire day thinking it was Thursday ... Well, off and on. I had my Friday meetings, sent my Friday report... And then told our friends for dinner plans on Saturday "see you in a couple days".

So, here's my dd today-- posted in yesterday's thread!

having a good week so far.

Also, found out that course I was teaching the last couple years that had me traveling (AND MESSING UP MY DIET) will be taught by another team! WOO HOO!

B: x
water

I'm skipping vitamins b/c I was actually feeling tired/low energy, and that can come from over-vitamin-ing.

L: 1 hb egg (70) with a dab of Dijon mustard

D: not sure, but I think I'm going to try out the extruded oat fiber/gluc noodles (b/c I'm out of shirataki anyway) and maybe leftover pork something stirfry?

--- I made the noodles. Maybe I over cooked them, a bit mushy. Had some, then had some cereal.

Now it's 9:30 and want to go to bed.

I ended up eating 2 eggs fried with 1 T of butter, and two sausage patties for supper.

Glad I could find you, Soren.

I ended up with 379 calories for the day. I had a tuna salad and half a low carb wrap. I feel so much better. I was actually so hungry I felt sick. I think the two hour workout earlier today just made me really hungry. Still a good DD, though.

I'm so relieved! I finally had an absolutely great DD! I've had some okay ones, and even a couple of pretty good ones lately, but I thought this kind had abandoned me. Closed it out with 382 calories, 0 carbs and feeling great! Thank g-d!

I stuck to my plan, with the addition of two bites of Russian chocolate for dessert. Said no to: pizza, White Russians, Russian cookies, AND cherry blinis! Feel very proud of myself.

And my reward? Only down 1/2 pound. Grrr.

I overdid it on LC margaritas. I went down about 1/2 lb too, but probably just in water. I probably gained some lol. Anyway, bygones.

I swear I can smell limes.
