I need your experience.

So tomorrow is day 7. I've had 3 UD and 3 DD. Tomorrow is supposed to be an UD but I know I'm going to eat more than I should on Saturday, which is supposed to be a DD. In you're experience what would be the best way to tackle this? Another DD tomorrow? Two UDs? Some sort of middle ground? Any ideas? I'd greatly appreciate your thoughts.

You could do a MD tomorrow (60% on the JUDDD calculator), and a UD on Sat., or two UDs would be fine too. Depending on how anxious you are to get to goal, in the grand scheme of things it won't make much of a difference.

Yup MD or 2 UDs. 2 DDs is not recommended.

Ok. Thanks. I really wasn't too keen on the idea of two DD but I really don't want my progress to stop even for a day. I'm kind of OCD like that. Lol. I think I might have been able to plan around Saturday, I don't know. Things are always tougher food-wise for me when my husband is home. I'll definitely work on this.

Thanks for the welcome. It's great to be here.

I've done 4:3 (4 UD : 3 DD or 1 MD: 3 UD : 3 DD) for more than a year now to help me incorporate sports commitments at the weekend (kayaking).

Jan 2015 A DXA scan shows very low muscle mass (sarcopenia).. I have some joint surgery to schedule. I may miss questions that people ask me or personals. Apologies if I do, it's not intentional.

Sounds good. I guess I'll just have to switch things up when needed.
