So should I be eating this or not?:/
I just bought this 99% bio chocolate but I'm kinda confused!
Nutrition Facts per 100g:
of which sat:32,8g
of which sugar:1,0g
Ingredients:cocoa mass, cocoa butter, raw cane sugar.
So is this like 6g-11g so 0 net carbs?It seems too good to be true!lso is that 1 gramm of cane sugar so bad for keto?Should I eat that or I will be kicked out of ketosis?:/

The fiber/carb has already been deducted, so it's 6g carbs that you would "net" count.
Since there can be no -carbs, if a label shows more fiber than carbs, the fiber has already been deducted
Many labels from outside the USA do that.

^^What Dottie said. It is the practice in Europe to remove the fiber from the overall carb count. Canada does not do this but sometimes, I can come across a label from Europe that has done this and a Canadian label is not in place. Tricky!
