It's TUESDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all, hope I haven't missed the thread as I thought there'd be one by now! I'm at home with a poorly three year old today.

Brekky: Two chicken drumsticks with season all and soured cream.

Lunch: Pret a Manger salad consisting of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, black olives, roasted red peppers, grano padano cheese, chicken, mayo and pistachios. Plus a 45g snack pack of mixed almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and cashews.

Dinner: Cheddar and onion omelette and homemade chocolate LC ice cream - double cream, almond milk, cocoa powder and erythritol mixed together in a ziploc placed inside a bigger ziploc full of ice and salt and shaken like crazy til frozen.

Lots of water and a Diet Coke.

Trying out my new outline and so far so good

I woke up hungry, but last night made BP ice cubes and made my BPT and it worked perfectly! Filled me up until just now so
B- BPT on train, tea with HWC when I got to work
S- 2 Finn Crisps with butter and supplements
L- 1 chorizo sausage, 1/4 avocado, 2oz deli turkey
S- on train (I tend to get nauseous on the way home so need a salty snack) 10 olives
D- L/O Chicken thighs and legs with salad

Need to make some kind of salad dressing tonight as well.

Lunch : 4 oz steamed salmon with 3 oz steamed green beans
Snack : 2 GG crispbread crackers with sf jam
Dinner : 1 mahi burger with mustard & half a cucumber with 1 tbsp dressing

1 coffee with hwc, 1 Coke Zero, water & tea

Hi everyone!

I am learning so much from this site. This "What are you eating today" is one of my favorite threads!

Breakfast: "4-hour omelet" It literally lasts me 4 hours or more! 3 eggs (2 of those egg whites only), small amount crumbled bacon from Costco, cheddar cheese

Lunch: 2/3 cup Non-fat Fage Greek Yogurt with 2 T oat bran and 6 raspberries (frozen from my garden last summer!), cut-up roast beef with 2 T. cream cheese on top, one cheddar cheese stick

Supper: Cut-up roast beef with cream cheese, salmon, broccoli

Not sure how many carb grams. I am hoping about 20. I need to start measuring and being more exact.

mad4chillas: what is you home-made broccoli/cauliflower soup?

Cajungirl200: What is your naked chicken strips and also you Creamy Southwest Taco Soup.

Julie1972: What is your Creamed Spinach and Bacon Fried Cabbage?

I have been eating LC for about three years. Lost 50 lbs. at one point, and gained back about 30. With this site and the support and everything I am learning, I am not just hopeful...I AM CONFIDENT I CAN DO THIS!!!

I just go to the advanced option and use the attachment button. That will give you a pop up screen in which you locate the picture file from your computer and then let it load. To be sure it worked, preview your post. Looking forward to seeing your sheppards pie

For the creamed spinach I sauté a few cups of fresh spinach in butter then add garlic, about 2 tbsp cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and black pepper. This makes a great meal (can add diced cooked bacon or ham) or side dish.

tea unsweetened
D 6 of those cheese things made by cooking cheddar and swiss in micro on parchment paper topped with chicken salad.

On the road for work and my son wanted to get Chinese buffet for lunch. I was outnumbered by 2 to 1. I ate lettuce salad with ranch dressing, pickle spears and 12 shrimp. I hope that there is no weight gain due to the Chinese seasoning.

Ok so the naked chicken strips are Popeyes's. I'm busted!! Lol!! They're really good when you're on the run and 2g carbs per 3 strips

The taco soup is a Linda Sue recipe from her website. Not sure if I can post the link or not? Google Linda's Low Carb Creamy Southwestern Taco Soup. Super easy and delicious!!
