YAY UD!

Looks like all controlled UD's are in process.
Mid morning brkt Tomato soup sounds great made with the T. paste recipe.
Late lunch pollock fish the faux lobster bites.
Dinner ? Hamburger patty and veggies.
Working up stairs in the house on the hoarder lever.
Feels like a 5 day, but a little weirdness due to two dd's in a role for me.
High dd's but still I feel like my head isn't on straight.
Tons of coffee being applied

Here are a few things I couldn't wait for on yesterday's DD:

Whenever: Large flour tortilla filled with seasoned ground beef, green peppers, lettuce, cheese, salsa, avocado, sour cream.

Two eggs over easy on toasted sour dough bread with butter.

One small brownie

2 glasses of Toasted Head Chardonnay

Seriously, I fantasized about all of those yesterday. A DD.

Today. An UD? Not hungry. I'm expecting the hunger will come later. For now it's yummy coffee curled up by a roaring fire.

Hi guys

I'm going to ease into tracking. First step, food journal (later, calories).

B: bowl of cereal (rice chex mixed with oatmeal squares), bit of vanilla unsweet almond milk

2 turkey pepperettes

L: 2 slices LC bread, margarine, and 3 eggs HB and mashed with light hellmans

Might have some soup as a snack.

DH is picking up a new car tonight, and he forgot the void cheque, so I''ll go meet him, and we'll go for dinner after. Not sure what though-- there's a 5 guys burgers nearby, but I'm feeling more like sushi.
Will report later.

Still hanging in there w/ just BP coffee. I've been "cutting the white stuff" and trying to eat 1 time a day on both up and down days. Seems to be making the blasted scale to finally move.

Soren - Congrats on the new car!

LB, glad to see you posting! Good luck with your surgery Thursday. All those soft foods sound pretty good, and you'll deserve them after going through that. I hope you'll get some happy pills to help you through. And your milkshake!

I like how you listed vodka first for dinner.

Good luck on everything, LB and keep us posted!

It's my aperitif. I guess I should list it as A:, but that looks dumb. Any which way....

I don't know what to eat for dinner. I'm home for the rest of the evening, but I don't really want to cook anything big.

Got sidetracked this morning and didn't have my breakfast until lunchtime. So I had some Sahale pecan and cashew nut mix for a snack, and an apple. Totaled out at 1832 calories.

Thank you!

I'm sure I will have a stock pile of happy pills, I'm glad that I'll probably sleep through most of my "high" times after I get home

It really stinks though - I've been working out lately, and it's be a lot of fun doing these classes my gym has, and I'm actually back to where I was with my work outs (not where I want to be yet though) I hope the 4-5 days our of the gym doesn't ruin my progress. Eh well, I guess I shouldn't be worried about such thing.
