YUCKO is right! Gross. I was having a horrible time taking my vitamins on DDs until some wise JBs told me it might be the iron in my multi. I ordered some multi for women w/o iron and voila, no more nausea. I figure I don't need the iron, because I eat a lot of meat and green leafies.

Totally bad for sure. Sorry, feel better.
I never ever take vits without food, or never ever drink alcohol on a empty tummy. Everybody's liver needs foods to function properly.
