Aspartame question
I have been doing pretty well on a mix of nutritional ketosis and intermittent fasting, but the last two days I've had uncontrollable munchies. The only thing different food I've been eating is jell-o with aspartame in it, and I rarely use aspartame. Has anyone else had this problem?

I don't have this problem but I also don't really consume aspartame any more... not intentional - just the way it has worked out. I would drop it for 6 weeks and reintroduce it to see if it happens again.
