Not doing as well as I hoped.

L 30g chicken then nibbled a bit more while prepping stuff. Call it 110 cals
S hot chocolate drink 40 cals, 2 cookies 100 cals.

So 250 already.

D will be simply the broth I have been cooking all day, I think the smell of it bubbling away has given me the nibbles.

Yesterday I went 310 over my calorie limit on my UD. But I did donate blood at 11:00 a.m. and there was movie popcorn and dinner out last night. wow!

Moving on!

Today's DD has to be a good one.

So far:

B - Coffee with half and half for 60
L - Hard boiled egg for 78
D - 1 or 2 ounces either cooked ground turkey or leftover roast beef 100

Lots of water, lemon water and maybe hot chocolate w/ evco 72

Should be at 310 (or 410 if I eat the extra ounce of protein)

I'm not hungry right now but it's only 9 in the morning. If I can stay un-hungry all day, I'll take Frosty's advice: It's a DD. What can I eat? Nothing. Alrighty then. Let's find something else to do. I love that!!!

It's an egg day here. Haven't done that in a long while, and it always leads to losses.

B: Black coffee, coffee/HWC
L: HB egg, broth w/hot sauce if needed
D: 3 HB eggs

Target: 400 or less calories

It must feel wonderful to have accomplished so much and be close to goal.
You are truly an inspiration especially since I started over 300 too.

You go girl! You deserve all the pounds lost and good health you've worked so hard for. Your consistency is motivating for me.

Thank you so much, ladies! You all keep me going. Jan, I always hope I can be motivating to people starting close to where I did. I never thought I'd ever lose weight again, but if I can, anyone can. YOU CAN!

Carol, I was just getting on to post that I am doing an egg DD as well! I want to add some additional fat in there as well.

So far, soy slender chocolate soy milk in my 3 mugs of coffee, and 1 egg mashed with 1 tsp mayo and a bit of mustard, salt, and pepper, for 161 cals, 5 carbs (2 non-fiber carbs), 10g fat, 11g protein.

I think it will be eggs with a smidge of fat for the rest of the day, as hungry up to about 500 cals.

Carol, congrats on your new pound lost!

Great DD. Sat in my car after skiing and prepared myself to come home for broth and salad rather than half the contents of the fridge. Seemed to work.
Done now. Love, love DDs.
I may try an egg dd next week. Thanks for the idea.

I'm all for joining the egg dd if I can add a couple slices of bacon.

B one hb egg, one bacon

L one hb egg, one bacon

D one hb egg, one bacon

Knowing me I better add a little yogurt or high fibe veggie just to keep things moving. All meat/egg days back me up a little.

I've never tried an all egg day. Sounds interesting.

B: Diet green tea
L: Diet green tea
D: Corn & Avocado salad

I'm absolutely exhausted so I'm going to bed early on a Saturday. I have a big day tomorrow and I don't want to be the party pooper who can't hang.

Time for me to make some lemon water. DH wants me to cook some stroganoff for him. Not looking forward to being tempted by the yummy smells. Lemon water usually kills my appetite.

It's about 5:30 p.m. and I'm still at just 60 calories for the day. I have my eggs ready if I think I can't make it.

Not hungry yet. That's good.

Hardly ever do this but I stepped on the scale this afternoon (after a serious workout) and I was .4 less than when I weighed this morning. Hope that means good news for tomorrow?

Glad to see so many are wanting to jump in on an all egg day! I love it. Finished up here at 389 calories and feel very satisfied. It's only a little after 8:30 here, but I'm confident I won't have anything more until morning. Yay!
