Up Day Saturday - Let's Get It On!

My plan today is as much of pork, cucumbers, bananas, and acorn squash as I want. With a little red wine vinegar.

Also going to be doing some sewing, building a dog ramp, selling Girl Scout cookies with Littlest, yardwork, and games with a friend this evening. Should be a joyous day.

How about y'all?

B: 2 eggs scrambled with 1 oz cheese and 2 T salsa, coffee
L: Farmer Boys Chopped Cobb salad with Ranch dressing (It's a little carby - 20g total, but 10g net, and I this salad!)
D: Protein of some sort, probably pork steaks, and maybe a veggie

UD going great. Went to the chiropractor and got my hair cut this morning. Scraping wallpaper now. Having my first meal of the day; a small salad while I wait for the vinegar and water to soak into the wallpaper adhesive. I'm still not hungry, but I'm eating anyway so I don't forget to eat . Saving all of my calories to go out to dinner after mass and for a few adult beverages later tonight.

Start Date: 12/01/2013
B- V8, 1/2 cup of yogurt with frozen sweet cherries, and 2 cups of buollion for a total of 190cals
L-can of diced tomatoes(strange but I like it) for a total of 158cals
D- Spinach and cheese lasagna 1 cup for a total of 380 cals
S-Mandarin oranges 2 small cups, and I am going to say about 100 for samples at Costco for a total of 200 cals

Total for day-928 cals

I know I'm not getting enough calories for UD, but I was stuffed. I don't know what to do about it.

D: 4 oz leftover steak, 100g zoodles with 1/4 C Alfredo sauce

Snacks:
2/3 serving spicy pork rinds
Rum/Cascade Ice pineapple/coconut
13 slices of pepperoni (14 slices is a serving, but the kidlet took one, ha!)
3/4 oz sharp cheddar (1 oz serving, but again, the kidlet!)

I went over on calories (not really limiting them, but tracking, and this was a higher calorie day at 2026), but also a bit salty in the evening. Up a pound this morning, but I'm not concerned . . . YET!
