life way cultured probiotic kefir smoothie

I have been eating low carb since late August, and love it. I have added greek no fat yogurt , still lose and do not have blood sugar boosts from it. I have just recently tried the life way pro biotic kefir cultured smoothie, love it and have the same results as with the zero fat greek yogurt , which is good. I do not want to get carried off the wagon, but all is good right now. have any one else had similar results, or tried it? I do appreciate the feedback. keep going, friends!

I haven't seen any that seemed carb friendly. I looked for some for a recipe I was making and they were all high(er) carb. Where did you find yours?

If you do well with kefir, you might consider making your own. It's so easy, once you get hold of kefir grains (look on freeccycle, craigslist, or even Amazon). It only costs as much as the milk, and you can Ferment it a good long while so that the sugars are used up. Homemade kefir from grains has more varieties of probiotics than commercial kefir, and it takes less than 5 minutes a day to take care of your grains.
