Hall Has Frozen Over

I noticed this on Wednesday, my last UD. It was dinner time and I started to figure how many calories I had left to meet my UDcals (2200/439). So far I had 900. Added in potential dinner cals and only came up to 1660. I went ahead and had dinner thinking I would figure out how to get closer to my number in an hour or so.


An hour or so passed. I was busy catching up on some work. I felt more like continuing what I was doing instead of getting up and heading for the kitchen. Hey, my hour was up! I had 500 cals to burn! And I just didn't feel like eating anything. I almost went and looked in the mirror to see who was choosing not to eat when the rules said I could.

The day ended at 1660. I just didn't feeling like eating any more.

That's how I know Hell Has Frozen over.

Today its happening again. I've had 2 hb eggs, 2 bacon, 1 corn thin with PB. lunch was hm chicken barley soup. total is about 750. My tummy feels just right, not to full or empty.

When I've read others who have report this I thought "no way on earth this will ever happen to me. I love to eat too much!"

I thought it was such a fluke I didn't talk about it the other day, but its happening again and I'm in shock. I'm also smiling because for some reason, this time around, JUDDD is so much easier. So far.

I'll get closer to my calories today by eating extra snacks as necessary. a few chips with guacamole and also a little popcorn later, popped in coconut oil.
I'm shooting for about 2000 today.

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

I have trouble getting my UD cals in too. My mind is just not preoccupied with food anymore on UD or DD and it sure does feel great!

Well, don't hate me yet. Yesterday I ate right up to my calories with no trouble at all.
